Linda Bastian Barney presents collection of healing methods in ‘Habits That Heal’
SYRACUSE, Utah — Author Linda Bastian Barney was tired. She was tired of feeling older than she was. She was tired of being stressed and putting her health last. Inspired to make a change, she began studying natural healing methods. She found that through simple daily habits, she was able to improve her health. She has collected her conclusions in her new book, “Habits That Heal: A Spiritual Journey to Physical Wellness” (published by Balboa Press).
Barney’s new guidebook teaches a spiritual approach to healing the physical body. Within its pages are easy-to-implement advice and affirmations designed to help readers reach their wellness goals.
“Readers will learn to love and appreciate their bodies,” Barney says, “and they will overcome anxiety, stress and worry as they listen to their inner wisdom.”
An Excerpt From “Habits That Heal”:
“It is my intention to help you see how wonderful and magnificent you are. You are a child of a great Creator. He gave you an amazing body to house your mind and spirit and He expects you to care for it in the most exceptional way. I think He wants you to remember Him as you care for this physical body, this temporary dwelling place of your spirit while you journey here on earth.”
